A Phillips screwdriver is one of the tools you'll need to remove the speakers from a Paseo.

The compact Toyota Paseo sport coupe was produced from 1991 to 1999 for the U.S. market. The Paseo was equipped with two pairs of speakers -- one pair in the front doors and the other on the rear deck. Both pairs of speakers are a common size. Four-inch round speakers are employed in the front doors, while the rear deck has round 6 1/2-inch speakers. If you're considering upgrading the speakers in a Paseo, the first thing you must do is to remove the existing speakers.
